This is the actual 2009 AHL All-Star Classic Goal Puck, registered as No. 135829, that was scored by Jeff Taffe of the PlanetUSA All Stars during the third period of the PlanetUSA AHL All-Stars’ 14-11 victory over the Canadian AHL All-Stars.
Philadelphia Phantoms forward Jared Ross, the game’s MVP, assisted on the goal. Ross set AHL All-Star Game records with six assists and seven points in the game.
