Item Description:
You are bidding on a special Mario Lemieux game-used and autographed hockey stick.

The stick was used by Mr. Lemieux when he scored his first goal in his return game from retirement, on December 27, 2000 against the Toronto Maple Leafs. The stick, made by Nike, is labeled on the shaft by the Pittsburgh Penguins equipment staff with "1ST GOAL 12/27/00 VS TORONTO".

Mr. Lemieux signed on the shaft, and the stick is stamped with "LEMIEUX" on the upper shaft. The stick is taped on the blade and at the top of the shaft. This item was obtained directly from Mr. Lemieux for exclusive use in this auction.

A certificate of authenticity, with duel hologram stickers, from the Mario Lemieux Foundation is included.

Item will not be shipped until payment is received. Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped within three business days. The item will be shipped to the address you have on file with NHL Auctions unless otherwise requested by the buyer before the final sale.
