Welcome to the 2^nd Annual Jukka Nieminen Charity Auction! 

The Phoenix Coyotes, together with the Minnesota Wild, Calgary Flames center Olli Jokinen, and the MeiGray Group, are auctioning autographed helmets and one pair of Jokinen’s game-worn skates, donated from 22 NHL teams, to benefit the family of Jukka Nieminen.

Nieminen was the long time massage therapist for the Phoenix Coyotes.  On June 11, 2010, Nieminen passed away suddenly at the age of 40, leaving behind two daughters, Alexandra and Caroline.  All proceeds from this auction will be directed to Nieminen’s daughters’ college fund. 

The MeiGray Group Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program is proud to offer collectors across the globe the opportunity to own a piece of history …… an actual helmet autographed by the Nashville Predators during the 2011-2012 National Hockey League regular season.

This Bauer helmet is registered into the MGG Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program as number 144633. 

Every jersey worn by each of the participating MeiGray Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program clubs contains a uniquely numbered inventory tag sewn into the jersey BEFORE IT IS WORN BY THE PLAYER ON THE ICE. This tag is equipped with covert security features regularly checked by MGG Program Directors so we can tell who wore the jersey, and when.
