Welcome to the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation 2012 Christmas Charity Online Auction in support of the Christmas Bureau of Edmonton and charities across Oil Country ! Show your support by bidding on this Taylor Hall Autographed 27th Career NHL Regular Season Goal Puck scored on November 19th, 2011 vs the Chicago Black Hawks. On this night Edmonton Oilers fans at the game and millions more watching at home were treated to a 9-2 Edmonton win thanks to an explosion of offence from the home team ! With the Blackhawks already down 6-1 in the 2nd period the team was assessed a delay of game minor penalty at the 10:15 mark. On the ensuing power play Oilers defenceman Tom Gilbert's point shot went wide, but Taylor Hall was quick to the scene and potted his second of three goals on the night with a doorstep tap-in to put the Oilers ahead 7-1 at 12:09. Following the goal this official Edmonton Oilers NHL Game Puck was plucked from the net by the on ice game officials and given directly to the time keepers bench officials who promptly labelled it with the details of the goal on white tape. It was then given to Edmonton Oilers equipment staff immediately following the game for donation to our online charity auctions. This great goal puck will come complete with a letter of authenticity from the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club and Edmonton Oilers Authentic Inventory Hologram #7974 applied to the back of the puck.
