NHL® Line-Up Cards
The National Hockey League and the National Hockey League Coaches' Association are proud to present this unique and exciting opportunity to bid on authentic coach-signed Line-Up Cards that are filled out before each NHL match.
These cards are handled and signed by the head coach of each respective team, submitted to the official scorer of each match and then delivered directly to the NHL after the close of each game. Denoted on each card are the date, club name, and the roster of players for each game played. Circled numbers designate the starting line-up for each team. Additionally, coaches are also required to designate the Captains and Alternate Captains of the match with an "A" or "C" beside the respective players' names.
