Mats Sundin and Red Horner are two historic Maple Leaf captains. This framed display commemorates the final game at Maple Leaf Gardens between the Chicago Blackhawks and the Toronto Maple Leafs. Horner played in the first-ever game at Maple Leaf Gardens in 1931 while Sundin captained the final game in 1999. The frame contains a photo from the ceremony which has been signed by both, a final game program, commemorative puck as well as final game commemorative pins. It has all been encased in a beautiful wooden frame that measures approximately 33X28X2" in size. Very unique and rare collectible.

Frozen Pond is proud to support the Joe Carter Classic golf tournament and Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer once again in 2014. Proceeds from this listing will be going directly to one of these two charitable initiatives.
