The Carolina Hurricanes GAME WORN Tim Gleason #6 Jersey (2009-2010 season, 2nd set) is autographed and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. It is a white jersey, size 58. Gleason started his career with the Windsor Spitfires of the OHL. Gleason was drafted by the Ottawa Senators in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft in the first round, #23 overall. Gleason was traded to the Los Angeles Kings for forward Bryan Smolinski on March 11, 2003. After spending three seasons with the Los Angeles Kings, Gleason was traded to the Carolina Hurricanes on September 29, 2006. Gleason played for the United States in the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, winning a silver medal. On January 1, 2014 Gleason was traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs for John-Michael Liles and prospect Dennis Roberson. On July 3, 2014 the Carolina Hurricanes signed Gleason to a one-year, $1.2 million contract.
