This Carolina Hurricanes AUTOGRAPHED, GAME WORN Andrej Sekera #4 (2013-2014, 2nd Set) jersey comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. It is a white, size 56 jersey. Andrej Sekera was drafted in the 3rd by the Buffalo Sabres in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. Sekera scored his first NHL goal on November 28, 2007 against Manny Legace of the St. Louis Blues.In 2010 he was selected to represent Slovakia in the Vancouver Olympic Games. Slovakia finished fourth. On June 30, 2013 the Carolina Hurricanes acquired Sekera from the Sabres during the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. He was selected again in 2014 to represent Slovakia in the Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia. On February 25, 2015 Sekera was traded to the Los Angeles Kings in exchange for a defensive prospect and a conditional first round pick. He currently plays for the Edmonton Oilers with whom he signed a six-year, $33 million dollar contract on July 1, 2015. All proceeds will benefit the Kids ?N Community Foundation.
