This Hockey Fights Cancer AUTOGRAPHED, AUTHENTIC Andrej Nestrasil #15 Carolina Hurricanes Jersey was worn in pre-game warm-ups prior to the game against the Ottawa Senators on November 7, 2015. The jersey comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. It is a purple, size 56. Nestrasil was drafted by the Detroit Red Wings in the 3rd round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. On July 17, 2014 he signed one-year contract with the Red Wings. He made his NHL debut with the Red Wings on October 9, 2014 in game against the Boston Bruins. On November 20, 2014 he was placed on waivers and was picked up by the Carolina Hurricanes. He made his debut as a Hurricane on November 22, 2014 against the Colorado Avalanche. The same night he also scored his first NHL goal against the Avalanche?s Reto Berra. In his first season as Hurricane he played in 41 games scoring 7 goals and adding 13 assists, On June 29, 2015 he signed a two-year contract with the Carolina Hurricanes. All proceeds will benefit the Kids ?N Community Foundation.
